Shipping Schedule - We ship twice weekly. If you have a special shipping request please email us. We will do our best to accommodate your shipping needs. Automated Shipping Status are approximate ship dates and may not be exact. For shipping status of your item or to request a special shipment please email customer service.

Store Inventory
Occasionally items may be out of stock. If this happens on an order of multiple items, we will ship the available items on the order and ship the balance as soon as they come in stock again.

Return Policy

Returns for Store Credit are accepted within 14 days of your ship date. Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging. Jewelry, Watches, Scarfs & Tunics can be returned for exchange or store credit only. There are No Refunds - No Exceptions. Please submit your request for a return authorization number by contacting info@jillsboutique.com.

Defective Merchandise
All items are fully inspected and sent out in pristine condition. However, should you receive a defective item please notify us within two days. We will replace your item with no additional shipping charge.

Sale & Clearance Items
can be returned for store credit or exchange only. There are no returns/exchanges on sale items that a coupon was applied to the order.

Promo Codes / Coupons
Items purchased with promo coupon codes or free shipping are eligible for exchange or store merchandise credit for in stock items only.

Return Process
1. Contact us at info@jillsboutique.com to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns made without the RA# will not be accepted. There are no credit card refunds for any reason. We will be happy to exchange your item for something else or issue a store credit.

2. After receiving your RA# please fill out the returns form and pack your item securely in an appropriate envelope or box and send it to the address provided. We will send you the return form. Please fill this form out completely so we can process your return quickly.

3. Write your RA# given to you by the returns department on the outside of your package and on your returns form. The returns department cannot accept any packages without the RA# written on the outside of the package.

4. We are not able to change our return policy and offer a refund instead of a store credit under any circumstance. Please do not email us or call us to do so. Thank you for understanding. Our policy is the same as all online Boutique Retailers.

Please note that we are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and as such we urge you to insure your item as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company.

Exchanges and Store Credits
Once your item for exchange is received your new item will be sent to you. Please allow 4-5 days processing time. Exchanges and store credits must be made for in-stock items.

Online Store Credits
Within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of returned items, your online credit will be available and can be used. It is valid for one year from the date issued and can be used to purchase products at www.JillsBoutique.com

To use your online credit, simply place a new order and in the comments section during checkout simply write "PLEASE APPLY MY ONLINE CREDIT - Store Credit Number_______." The total amount of your order will be adjusted once we receive the order, it will not be reflected on your order until we adjust it.

Jill's Boutique will ship domestic exchanges FREE of charge with the exception of items that are on clearance, or when a coupon exceeding 10% is used, or if a multiple discount is used. Customer will be responsible for our reasonably priced shipping.

Gift Returns
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it or obtain store merchandise credit. If you wish to return a gift item, please follow the same return instructions. Store credit is valid for one year and we will ship your exchange FREE of postage unless it is an international shipment. Your credit can be used on in stock merchandise.

International Returns
Please follow the same directions for domestic returns.

Orders Returned as Undeliverable or Refused - We are not responsible for the ship to address given on orders. Please provide an accurate address. We send notifications by email when an item is shipped. On rare occasions a signature may be required by your postal center. We do not require a signature on shipments. We will ship with a signature requirement if a request for this service is sent by email and is in the note area of an order. If an item is returned to us by USPS, we are not responsible for additional shipping charges and will not process a refund due to a shipping error that is not ours. We will be happy to send it out again once the correct shipping address and shipping charge is paid.

Shipping & Delivery - We are not responsible for items that get returned to us if an insufficient or incorrect address is given, if not picked up at the post office if shipped to a PO Box, or are unable to be delivered by USPS or Parcel Post. If your item has not been delivered within 4 weeks please email us so we can locate. If we cannot reship order due to the undeliverable address, we will process a refund less a restocking processing charge of 20%. If we are contacted with correct mailing address we will only charge for shipping.
We are not responsible for parcels after a confirmed USPS delivery. If USPS provides a delivery confirmation, it has been delivered. We ship USPS because of their overall outstanding service. USPS is efficient and delivers your item to you quicker than any other carrier. We are not responsible after delivery if the parcel was misplaced or discarded. If your shipment is going to an office or mail sort facility, pack mail we suggest to request your package to be sent with a signature requirement.

Cancellation of Order(s) - We are not able to cancel an order after it is placed.

APO Addresses - We do not ship to APO address.

Order Processing - Credit Cards are charged when the order is placed.
